I have role responsibilities across South East Queensland including Smith Collective where I lead a team of 5 staff including a Maintenance manager, Security and Cleaning staff on a day to day basis.   I am also responsible on site for Risk Management, planned and unplanned maintenance, Project Management, Procurement, Contract management and Finance Management. I enjoy interacting regularly with our community.

With just over 16 years’ experience in Property Management, I strive to develop myself as an individual in every possible aspect in order to be considered a competitive professional and solid team player. Driven by a strong will and desire to achieve, I set myself challenging expectations and work diligently to meet each and every one of my goals. Main aim is to start everyday with a sense of purpose and finish it with a sense of accomplishment.
